CHARTER TO THE 'DUTCH NATIONAL AGENCY OF
CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTIONS AND THE DUTCH
GOVERNMENT BUILDING AGENCY'.
Bibby Stockholm and Bibby Kalmar were converted to floating
detention
centres to the customer's stringent specifications. As well as a large
number of secure cells, additional facilities include rooms for
recreation, visitors, and private consultations. Additionally there are
medical examination rooms, storage areas and security posts and staff
offices throughout the unit.
